The chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy and rice is definitely delicious! Highly recommend this place. Yummy food!

Great chicken. I like the spicy the best. The gravy is nice. I would not recommend having any of the other food items, but their chicken and gravy is amazing. Service is fast. Their adobo rice is ok if you want to try that and their fries are just like mcdonalds fries.

Had the spicy chicken sandwich, 2-piece chicken, fries, and mango peach pie. Overall the food was not good. The sandwich tasted old and stale. It definitely was not made fresh as the buns were smashed and stuck on the chicken. It tasted like it was sitting out for a while and they microwaved it. The chicken pieces were crispy but overly oily and also didn’t taste fresh. Fries with gravy were decent and the pie was good, but not better than a McDonald’s apple pie. First time ever visiting and doubtful that I’d ever return as I was served food that wasn’t good or fresh. I ate the meal at the restaurant right away so it wasn’t sitting in a bag. Very disappointed.

I've had Jollibee's chicken before and it is pretty good. If you can it without a huge amount of oil you'll see what I mean. The spicy chicken sandwich and tenders were also something I wanted to try. The chicken flavor was good but a tad bit on the rubber side. The tenders were nothing to rave about but when dipped with the sauce much better. Shinkflation has hit this establishment just like everywhere else. Although the chicken sandwich was a good portion the tenders not so much.

Tried Jollibee for the first time while in the Philippines a few years ago and loved it. I was happy to learn the burgers and the spaghetti taste the same here in the United States as they did in the Philippines. The single-patty Yumburger is my favorite menu item, followed by their Jolly Spaghetti (the sauce is slightly sweet with cut-up hot dogs inside).

While at Seafood City in Irvine CA, I decided to stop in to Jollibee a for a quick lunch. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich at the counter and took a seat. Wait time was about average. I found the chicken sandwich to be substantial and contained more chicken than similar fast food establishments. The chicken was not dry and was flavorful. The French fries were crisp and very good. An added plus... Walk outside the indoor restaurant and there are lots of tasty Filipino foods, from prepared meals to bakery items to purchase. I would do this again!

I don't typically write these but after this has literally happened to me twice in a row and I seriously can't believe it. DO NOT order delivery from this location. The last time before today that I ordered from here, I didn't receive any chicken for my chicken joy meal. When I tried to call back, they told me to come back and pick up the chicken, which I couldn't. When I asked for a refund, I was met with confusion over the phone and then eventually they hung up. I didn't get my chicken or my refund. I ordered again today, and thank god I actually had chicken this time... Unfortunately they don't gave me a single piece. Maybe someone was mistaken, but I seriously can't believe this happened to me twice in a freaking row. I'm not even going to bother calling, I'm just done with this place.
